Louise Schubert has worked for over 35 years in leadership development. Her journey has provided her with opportunities to manage learning and development within companies and to work as an external organization consultant and facilitator. She has an MSc in Organisation Consulting and over the last 16 years she has grown her practice as an executive coach, mentor and coach supervisor.
She is currently developing her own skills in the area resilience. She is recognized as a senior practitioner coach by the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) where she is also a member of the Global Accreditation team.
