The practice of mindfulness is increasingly recognised as an effective method for improving self-management and reducing stress. Scientists’ achievement orientated work styles and rhythms can sometimes aggravate a tendency to disconnect from the present moment and lose perspective on priorities. This training, based on the MBSR* program, has been designed as an experiential and interactive workshop, aiming to guide participants towards self-reflection and self-regulation.

The course is based on the MBSR* program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn and will focus particularly on addressing the stress faced by scientists in their everyday working lives.

*Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction

The course consists of several sessions. You should be able to attend all of them.
