Alicia Marín Muniesa studied English Philology in Barcelona and Liberal Arts in the USA. She is a coach and facilitator with more than 18 years of international business experience. Her fields of expertise are Leadership, Communication, Cross Cultural Effectiveness, Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Team Development and Applied Creativity.
She has designed and conducted various programmes for Women Leaders in science. She is also an Associate Professor at IE-Business School, Madrid, lecturing on Cross Cultural Workshop and at The Ostelea, School of Tourism and Hospitality, Barcelona, teaching the subjects Executive skills for hospitality organizations, as well as Management of intellectual capital and talent.
