Degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Barcelona (UB). Master's degree in Organizational Development from the Barcelona College of Psychologists and the GR Institute in Tel Aviv. He is a Psychoanalyst and Gestalt Therapist. Facilitator in Analysis and Problem Solving (Kepner Tregoe). Practitioner in Neurolinguistic Programming and Coach by CTI (Co-active Coaching Training Institute). Consultant approved by the European Centre for Negotiation (CEN Paris). He has collaborated with the UNESCO Chair in "Conflict Management" and "Motivation and Working Environment". He teaches the HR curriculum in the MBAs organized by the Chambers of Commerce of Malaga, Granada, Malaga, Seville, Huelva, Oviedo and Valencia.
