PhD students and postdocs
PhD students and postdocs will be guided through an exercise to analyze their current network. They will understand what networking tactics they could use to adapt their current network to their future needs. During the workshop, there will be plenty opportunities to apply networking strategies with peers. At the end, each participant will define actions they can immediately use to enhance their network.
During the 2-hour workshop, the participants will:
Analyse their current network
Learn strategies to maintain and increase a network according to one’s career needs
Apply several networking activities during the workshop
